About Us
This lovely Georgian Grade II Listed mid terrace property comprises 3 floors. All the bedrooms can be found on the top floor of the house along with a bathroom with shower. The master double bedroom overlooks the River Dee.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, utility area, dining room and lounge that once again overlooks the River Dee.
Also on the ground floor is a “summer room”, which fronts the garden and the River Dee. The house has its own moorings with a seated area.
The house faces the Chester Meadows, which is host to a number of attractions throughout the year, such as the Chester Regatta and Raft Races.

The property has BBQ furniture and a BBQ “starter pack” is provided for all bookings along with a bottle of “RONDEVA” Prosecco for guests who stay two nights or more!!
Our Facilities
We have free parking at the house for 1 car.
The house is one minute from the Grosvenor Park, which hosts events throughout the summer months along with a miniature railway and play ground area for the children.
There are numerous wine bars and restaurants within five minutes’ walk of the house along the riverside and the Shropshire Union Canal. Chester City Centre is a 5 minute walk.
